Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves to know their real internet speed — without installing bloated software, without ads, and without compromising privacy. NetSpeed Monitor was built to be the simplest, lightest, and most customizable speed monitor on Windows.
The Story
NetSpeed Monitor started as a personal project in 2024. As a gamer and developer, I was frustrated with existing speed monitors — they were either too heavy, too ugly, or too intrusive. I wanted something that would sit on my desktop, look great, and never slow me down.
Built from scratch with Python, PyQt5, and C++, NetSpeed Monitor prioritizes performance and aesthetics. The result is an application that uses less than 15MB of RAM while providing real-time upload and download speed monitoring with full customization.
